Opening

These Terms and Conditions govern all use of Bloom & Delight (“BnD”, “we”, “us”) services, including but not limited to site access, ordering, purchasing, and delivery of floral and decorative balloon products. By accessing or using BnD services in any form, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the entire contents of these Terms and Conditions consciously and without coercion.

Use of the Site and Services

Users must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or under the supervision of a legal guardian. BnD grants users a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to access the services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, except with BnD’s written consent.

Information and Data Accuracy

Users are fully responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and veracity of the data provided to BnD, including but not limited to name, shipping address, contact number, and order details. BnD is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by users, including delays or failures in delivery.

Product Ordering

All orders are considered valid and binding after the user agrees to the order details and makes payment in accordance with the terms and conditions set by BnD. BnD reserves the right to reject or cancel orders if there are indications of legal violations, data errors, or inconsistencies between the request and BnD’s operational capabilities.

Price and Payment

Listed product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required before production begins. BnD is not obligated to process orders that have not been paid for or for which proof of payment cannot be legally verified.

Production and Product Characteristics

Users understand that BnD products are made using fresh flowers and balloons, which have natural characteristics. Therefore, minor differences in color, shape, or size compared to the sample photos are normal and cannot be used as the basis for any claims or complaints.

Shipping and Transfer of Risk

Delivery is made to the address provided by the user. Risk of the product passes entirely to the user upon receipt by the user or designated recipient. BnD is not responsible for any damage or deterioration in product quality that occurs after delivery.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if it is clearly proven that the error was entirely BnD’s fault, and this decision is based on BnD’s internal policies.

Complaints and Claims

Any complaints or claims must be submitted in writing within a maximum of 1 x 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by relevant supporting evidence. BnD reserves the right to determine the most appropriate and proportionate form of resolution for the complaint.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, logos, photos, and visual materials contained in BnD services are the exclusive property of BnD and are protected by applicable laws and regulations. Use without written permission is a violation of law. Any complaints or claims must be submitted in writing within a maximum of 1 x 24 hours after the product is received, accompanied by relevant supporting evidence. BnD reserves the right to determine the form of resolution that is considered most appropriate and proportionate to the complaint.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

BnD reserves the right to change, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the official BnD platform.
